    Gear Items:

    Unopened Box:
    Full refund within 30 days of receipt.

    Open Box Gear:
    Open-box gear may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase and will require an inspection. If approved, a restocking fee will be assessed based on the return condition of all items, including the gear item, original box, box inserts, plastic, and packaging materials.

    An open-box item is any product that has been opened or removed from its original packaging,

    Gear without original packaging or beyond 30 days
    Any gear item that does not include the original box and all original inserts is not eligible for return. Gear items are also not returnable more than 30 days after the purchase date.

    For the purposes of this policy, “gear” refers to larger baby products and equipment designed for transport, safety, seating, or containment, including strollers, car seats, and similar items.

    Clothing, Toys, Stuffed Animals, & Other general merchandise.

    Exchange or Store Credit. We take pride in our products and hope you’re happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, exchanges or store credit are accepted within 30 days for items like clothing, plush, toys that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached. Shipping charges and overweight surcharges are non-refundable.

    Furniture & Special Orders

    All furniture, furniture accessories, personalized items, and special-order items—including anything marked “Custom Order”—are final sale. No returns, credits, or exchanges will be accepted. If there is a manufacturer issue, please reach out and we will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve it.

    Sale Items

    All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    Original shipping costs, where applicable, are not refundable.
